I’ve never been to a gym before, will this be right for me?

Do you have any training experience, or have you only dabbled with cross-trainers and bodypump classes? Personal Training is a smart way to avoid injury and frustration that most people deal with. This is why most people throw in the towel when they don’t have a coach to help them

There is nothing more intimidating than a very large, intimidating gym. It has taken our coaches many years to introduce men and women to fitness the right way- ensuring their safety and confidence first so they fall in love with fitness and make it a lifelong commitment to health instead of just a short-term fling.

Do you give me a strict diet to follow?​

Instead of relying on outmoded concepts like dieting, our nutrition coaching focuses on teaching people to fish. You can drink beer and wine, and enjoy BBQs and meals out with friends AND get amazing results

Keeping a balance between progress and misery is the key to making progress while still remaining happy. Nutrition coaching allows us to take a look at what you’re doing now, and make adjustments from there for long-term results without the frustrations and bounce back associated with traditional diets.

How long does it take to see results?
