  • Your Nutrition Transformation Roadmap- with your coach, you’ll break down your long term goals into attainable steps, so you have a clear picture and path towards your ideal physique, fitness, strength, and energy levels without feeling frustrated. 

  • Your Lifestyle-Audit, with your coach, will help you identify which habits are increasing your chances of reaching your goals, and which are hindering them (to make adjustments accordingly).

  • Weekly 1-2-1 Coaching Session: meet at your convenient place or via Zoom, to set weekly goals for nutrition and lifestyle, analyze last week’s progress, and stay accountable.

  • Your Coach in your pocket- Your coach offers advice and help via Email between face-to-face sessions, as well as giving you tools and tricks to use in day-to-day life to create a healthy and balanced approach to nutrition and diet.

What is the process of a Nutrition Coaching transformation?

Each nutrition coaching transformation begins with an in-depth conversation with your coach to identify your current situation and goals, as well as any barriers you may face. In this first session, we’ll get to know each other, and determine what approach will create long-term change, rather than a yo-yo effect. 

What are the differences between this and weight loss programs such as Slimming World and Weight Watchers?

At the Superfit, our nutrition coaching does not involve dictating what you should eat. We believe that other programs which assign points to different foods and restrict your diet often lead to fluctuations in weight and do not provide long-term success. Our approach allows you to enjoy the foods you love while still achieving your goals without experiencing rebounds. Our coaching is personalized because we recognize that every individual has unique needs. In addition to one-on-one coaching, you will also have access to a comprehensive membership site with a wealth of information to help you make informed decisions about your nutrition and avoid fad diets.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

What is the time commitment required for the program?
