- Your Transformation your coach will help you break down your long-term goals into achievable steps. Even in our group coaching, we cater our approach to your needs on a 1-2-1 basis.
During three Small Group Personal Training Sessions a week (or through Zoom! ), you’ll be put through your paces in a safe, supportive environment where exercises are adjusted and recorded based on your progress to achieve long-term results. Each session has only six spaces, so you get individual attention and group support
Athlete check-ins every 6-8 weeks to make sure you are on track and make any adjustments needed so that life doesn’t get in the way of your goals.
- How about a 1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching session to ensure all the effort you put into the studio will pay off? Your results reflect your efforts. Without restrictive diets or strict eating regimes, take back control and make progress on your terms, with our expert, non-judgemental guidance.

Nutrition coaching allows us to take a look at what you’re doing now, and make adjustments from there for long-term results without the frustrations and bounce back associated with traditional diets.
